Access your patients’ imaging via our InteleConnect Portal by clicking the link below or read the access guide below to set up an account.
Referrers Access Guide
Step 1: Access the Portal
Login via the InteleConnect Portal. This will redirect you to MBR Health’s online imaging platform where you can access your patients’ imaging.
Step 2: Apply for an Account
On the InteleConnect login screen, navigate to the bottom of the page and click the blue link labeled “Apply for an Account”. You will be required to:
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Complete the application form.
- Create your own unique username and password.
Step 3: Account Authorisation
Once submitted, an email is automatically sent to our team for authorisation. We monitor these requests regularly.
Note: If your request is urgent, please call our team directly for immediate assistance.
Step 4: Setting up InteleViewer (Optional)
If you prefer to use the InteleViewer desktop application:
- Download: If not already installed, download the software via either the two links below
- Configuration: Upon launching for the first time, add the following URL to your bookmarks: https://portal.mermaidbeachradiology.com.au
