The entrance to our patient car park is at:

46 Ocean Street, Mermaid Beach

For the easiest arrival, enter 46 Ocean Street, Mermaid Beach into your navigation system rather than the clinic’s Gold Coast Highway address. This will direct you towards the rear parking entrance you will need to dial 9 0 % at the keypad on the right of the entrance and the lovely front desk will open the boom gate.

Parking is free for patients attending MBR Health. From the car park, follow the signs to the clinic entrance which is located on the highway side of the building.

Important: Please do not look for the vehicle entrance directly on the Gold Coast Highway. Access to our on-site parking is from Ocean Street.

Travelling by G:Link Tram

MBR Health is approximately a two-to-three-minute walk south of Mermaid Beach G:Link station.

After leaving Mermaid Beach station, walk south along the Gold Coast Highway towards Ocean Street. MBR Health is located on the corner.

Patients travelling from Brisbane by public transport can connect to the G through the wider Translink train and tram network. Because timetables and service arrangements can change, we recommend checking the Translink Journey Planner before travelling.

Getting Here From Across the Gold Coast

MBR Health is centrally located in Mermaid Beach and provides advanced diagnostic imaging and image-guided treatment for patients from across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

From Broadbeach

MBR Health is immediately south of Broadbeach and can be reached directly along the Gold Coast Highway.

Patients can drive to the clinic and enter the free car park through 46 Ocean Street, or use the G to Mermaid Beach station.

If you are looking for MRI, CT, ultrasound, DEXA, X-ray or specialist radiology near Broadbeach, MBR Health is located only a short distance away in Mermaid Beach.

From Miami

Travel north along the Gold Coast Highway towards Mermaid Beach, then turn towards Ocean Street for access to the patient car park.

The G also provides a direct public-transport connection between Miami and Mermaid Beach. Exit at Mermaid Beach station and walk approximately two to three minutes south to the clinic.

From Burleigh Heads

Patients travelling from Burleigh Heads can follow the Gold Coast Highway north to Mermaid Beach. For parking, navigate directly to 46 Ocean Street, Mermaid Beach.

Alternatively, take the G north to Mermaid Beach station. This can be particularly convenient during busy periods when traffic along the coastal corridor is heavier.

From Robina

From Robina, travel towards Mermaid Beach using Markeri Street, Bermuda Street or the most suitable route recommended by your navigation system.

As traffic conditions can vary, particularly during school and peak travel periods, allow additional time before your appointment. Free patient parking is available at the rear of the clinic through 46 Ocean Street.

Patients using public transport should check Translink for the best current bus or combined bus-and-tram connection.

From Varsity Lakes

From Varsity Lakes, travel east towards Mermaid Beach and the Gold Coast Highway. Navigation to 46 Ocean Street, Mermaid Beach will take you directly towards the clinic’s rear parking entrance.

Public-transport routes may involve a bus connection to the G. Check your route before departure and allow sufficient time to arrive for appointment preparation.

From Surfers Paradise

The most convenient public-transport option from Surfers Paradise is generally the G south to Mermaid Beach station. From the station, MBR Health is approximately a two-to-three-minute walk south.

If driving, follow the Gold Coast Highway south through Broadbeach and turn towards Ocean Street. Free patient parking is available behind the clinic.

From Brisbane

MBR Health regularly sees patients who travel from Brisbane for specialised imaging, whole-body MRI, advanced spinal assessment, precision oncology imaging and image-guided procedures.

When driving from Brisbane, travel south via the Pacific Motorway and follow your navigation system towards Mermaid Beach. Enter 46 Ocean Street, Mermaid Beach as your destination to reach the free patient car park.

For public transport, patients can use the Brisbane–Gold Coast train network and connect with the G or another Translink service. The most suitable connection will depend on your departure point and the current timetable, so check the Translink Journey Planner before leaving.
